    ruby red wine with a bright transparent colour upon a good structure. Very intruiging to the nose because of its intensity and its different olfactory layers that range from wild blue raspberries and plums to mint and a slight note of cinchona. Very soft to the mouth with a fresh verve and a pleasant note of warmth combined with a good persistence.
  • Recommendation
    this amazing wine based upon Negroamaro grape matches well with hard cheeses, with all type of red meats from medium-sized cuts to the grilled ones. Perfect also with the typical local meat rolls in italian named "Bombette"(Little Bombs).
